Your processor has a graphics card called Intel HD Graphics that doesn't supports directx11 if you have its older drivers, example: If you have Intel HD Graphics 2000, Intel HD Graphics family, Intel HD Graphics 2500. Why am I facing this problem even my graphics card supports directx 11? Cause your processor is not supported.
